Assistant Manager – IE

We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – IE to join our denim team!
If you’re passionate about optimizing production efficiency, setting garment SMVs, and driving productivity improvements, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & analyze operation breakdowns and machine layouts
Conduct time & motion studies to set accurate targets
Monitor line balancing, efficiency, and output
Support production teams in improving methods and reducing bottlenecks
Work closely with planning, production, and quality teams to achieve daily targets

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
✅ 3–5 years of experience in IE – Garments/Denim industry
✅ Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis & IE software tools
