Assistant Manager Import and Export

Key Responsibilities

· Job Knowledge: 5-7 years of Good Knowledge in textile industries, import and export channels and processes. Current market knowledge and shipment process.

· Documentation & Compliance: Preparing, reviewing, and filing import/export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) in compliance with customs regulations.

· Rates & Taxes: Knowledge of prevailing rates and taxes in Pakistan and international level.

· Logistics & Coordination: Scheduling shipments, booking freight, and collaborating with shipping lines, trucking companies, and customs brokers to ensure timely arrival/dispatch.

· Customs Clearance: Calculating duties, taxes, and handling regulatory documentation to avoid shipment delays.

· Vendor & Customer Communication: Liaising with international suppliers, clients, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and resolve discrepancies.

· Inventory & Record Management: Monitoring shipment status, updating systems, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions for audit purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
