Job Description:
Position Purpose:

This role is responsible for managing Brand Ambassador’s and Merchandising teams, ensuring effective execution of brand strategies, improving sales performance, and maintaining high standards through training and regular field monitoring.

Key Accountabilities:

• Team Training & Professional Development: Provide training on product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling, and professional selling skills while ensuring adherence to grooming and uniform standards. Align the team with KPIs to meet company performance targets.
• Field Execution & Retail Excellence: Ensure full compliance with planograms and maintain high merchandising standards while driving brand visibility through effective shelf and POS management. Maintain product availability and promptly resolve stock issues.
• Performance Auditing & Data Analysis: Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with brand and merchandising standards. Analyze sales data to identify gaps, implement improvements, and monitor attendance and field activities for productivity.
• Strategic Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Sales and Distribution teams for smooth operations and stock flow while building strong relationships with retail partners. Identify low performers and provide coaching to enhance overall team performance.

Qualification: Graduation (preferably BBA)

Experience:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience (FMCG industry experience is a major plus).

Location: Lahore

Travel Requirement: Frequent travel across Pakistan is required.
