Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AM / DM – EXIM professional to manage end-to-end export and import operations for our manufacturing facility. The role involves handling EXIM documentation, regulatory compliance, logistics coordination, cost control, and continuous process improvement in line with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities1. Export & Import Operations
- Manage and coordinate all export and import activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, shipping bills, and related documentation.
- Ensure smooth customs clearance and adherence to trade compliance requirements.
2. Regulatory & Trade Compliance
- Ensure compliance with customs laws, DGFT guidelines, FTAs, tariffs, and international trade regulations.
- Stay updated with changes in EXIM policies and ensure implementation across operations.
3. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and shipping lines to optimize routes and reduce logistics costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage shipment schedules and inventory flow.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all EXIM transactions, customs filings, and statutory documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports related to shipments, costs, compliance, and performance metrics.
5. Issue Resolution
- Handle shipment delays, customs queries, documentation discrepancies, and logistics issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure quick resolution.
6. Vendor & Customer Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and service providers.
- Negotiate rates and service terms to improve cost efficiency and service quality.
7. Cost Control & Optimization
- Monitor shipping, customs duty, and logistics costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, duty optimization, and process improvements.
8. Continuous Improvement
- Drive best practices and standardization in EXIM operations.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical preferred)
- Experience: 8–10 years in EXIM operations
- Industry Preference: Automotive / Manufacturing / Plastic Injection Moulding
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics management
- Hands-on experience in export & import documentation and compliance
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in EXIM software, ERP systems, and MS Office

Pay: ₹21,644.57 - ₹69,501.88 per month
