  • Prepare and submit Import General Manifests (IGM) in Weboc/PSW systems accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with POL, customer agents, terminals, and shipping lines for B/L amendments and finalize before import manifest submission.
  • Arrange custom amendment letters and attend customs hearings when required.
  • Respond to queries from POL, POD, and customers regarding amendments, manifest changes, and import documentation.
  • Maintain email correspondence with terminals, vessel operators, consignees, and other stakeholders.
  • Issue Import Delivery Orders (D/O) and related documents, including invoices and gate passes.
  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth import operations.
  • Compile and share monthly import reports, including IGM and vessel details.
  • Manage refunds and recoverables: prepare daily refund cases, issue refund cheques, and update damage/dirty charges.
  • Manage insurance documentation: prepare and submit daily container insurance reports, check declaration sheets, and verify final payment invoices.
  • Monitor documentation and operational compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet operational deadlines and support management with ad-hoc documentation or operational tasks.

Education: Graduation

Experience: 4-5 years’ experience

Budget: 120K (Depend upon Experience)
