Responsibilities
- Manage and control Industrial Engineering activities specifically for cut-to-pack operations.
- Conduct time and motion studies for cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Develop and monitor SMVs, line balancing, and manpower optimization for cut-to-pack lines.
- Analyze daily production efficiency, output, and bottlenecks within cut-to-pack operations.
- Coordinate closely with production, planning, and quality teams to meet delivery and efficiency targets.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare IE performance reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage in cut-to-pack processes.
- Ensure proper documentation of IE standards, layouts, and SOPs for cut-to-pack operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant industry experience in Cut-to-Pack Industrial Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of SMV calculation, time study, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
- Hands-on experience in garment or textile cut-to-pack operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
