The Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing supports the development and execution of influencer strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive guest engagement, and strengthen the positioning of Rixos Hotels and the All-Inclusive Collection. The role focuses on building strong relationships with content creators, managing influencer partnerships, and delivering impactful campaigns aligned with brand objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in developing and implementing influencer marketing plans to support brand campaigns, launches, and key business periods.

  • Identify, evaluate, and engage with influencers (macro, micro, and niche) across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.

  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, content creation, and campaign deliverables in line with brand standards.

  • Monitor and manage influencer activation calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.

  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and their representatives.

  • Support hosting influencer stays, experiences, and activations at Rixos properties.

Content & Brand Alignment

  • Ensure influencer content is brand-appropriate, compliant with guidelines, and optimized for target audiences.

  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing & PR teams to amplify influencer content across owned channels.

  • Support the creation of campaign reports with visuals and highlights for senior stakeholders.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI, and brand impact).

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future influencer marketing activities.
