Marketing Manager (with SEO Expertise)

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Marketing Manager with strong SEO expertise who’s excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic yet execution focused professional to lay the foundation for all marketing activities developing the brand, setting up digital marketing infrastructure, and creating go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, brand development, and market research, with a proactive mindset and the ability to operate independently. Experience in the UAE Real Estate market is highly desirable, along with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and local trends.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to combine creativity with data, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to own the entire marketing journey from zero to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the full marketing strategy from the ground up, aligned with business goals.
  • Build and define brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email), offline, and experiential platforms.
  • Set up and manage digital marketing infrastructure, including website, CRM, analytics, and automation tools.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify audiences, trends, and positioning opportunities.
  • Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches, service rollouts, and market entries.
  • Create and manage content strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track marketing performance, establish metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.
  • Manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed to support marketing execution.

  • Market Research & Consumer Insight: Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Project & Campaign Management: Manage marketing initiatives end-to-end, from planning to execution and optimization.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making with strong command of marketing KPIs and ROI analysis.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Take ownership, work independently, and thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Effectively manage external partners, agencies, and marketing budgets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience in UAE, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or independent role.
  • Proven experience in the UAE market, ideally within Real Estate, with a deep understanding of regional consumer behavior and local market trends.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand development, positioning, and content strategy across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and web platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics).
  • Experience launching or scaling marketing initiatives in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Certification in digital marketing platforms/tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Hootsuite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and UX/UI principles for marketing optimization.
  • Experience working across multicultural teams or cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and independent execution skills; proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
