Inside Sales (Account Management)
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of longtail accounts. This role focuses on building relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction for smaller-scale, high-potential accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of longtail accounts, ensuring regular engagement through calls, emails, and meetings.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Foster strong relationships to retain and grow accounts.

Drive adoption of digital tools or platforms relevant to the travel industry.

Oversee smooth onboarding processes for new accounts by providing training and handholding.

Educate clients on products, tools, and best practices to optimize their experience.

Provide ongoing training or workshops tailored to longtail partners.

Regularly share client feedback and insights with internal teams to inform product or service enhancements.

Address the lost and churned accounts and understand the reasons behind it to fix it.

Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.

Close sales by building rapport with new and existing clients and addressing client objections.

Train travel agents on calls, meetings & webinars.

Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the KPIs.

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product launches and campaigns. Find ways to approach clients and motivate them to book.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the travel industry.
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
