Assistant Manager - International Sales

Inbox Business Technologies is hiring an Assistant Manager - International Sales to support B2B solution/service selling in an IT Services / System Integrator (SI) / Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The role is proposal-heavy and requires strong stakeholder coordination , a solution-focused mindset , and comfort supporting international customer engagements across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP ecosystems (Oracle / SAP / Odoo) and related IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Support international sales execution for IT Services / SI / MSP offerings (services + solutions).
  • Engage prospects and convert requirements into opportunities, solution narratives, and business cases.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (pre-sales, delivery, product, finance, etc.) to gather inputs.
  • Create and manage high-quality proposals, including:
    • RFP/RFQ responses, SoW/SoW inputs, compliance matrices (where applicable)
    • Commercial + technical proposal packaging (with stakeholder support)
  • Develop impactful client presentations / pitch decks aligned with the solution value proposition.
  • Support account-level coordination to ensure smooth communication and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain opportunity hygiene and follow-ups (CRM usage as needed)
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support positioning (good-to-have).
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, prioritization, and execution in a target-driven environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business / IT / Engineering / Management or relevant).
  • 5+ years experience in a relevant role within IT Services / SI / MSP / Tech Consulting environment.
  • Strong experience in proposal development and customer-facing presentations.
  • Understanding of B2B solution/service selling and stakeholder-driven sales support.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Office-based availability in Islamabad (no remote-only preference)

Preferred Attributes (Nice-to-Have)

  • Exposure to solutions across: Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, ERP ecosystems (Oracle / SAP / Odoo), licensing, managed services.
  • Strong PowerPoint / proposal storytelling capability (structuring + clarity + persuasive writing).
  • Analytical mindset and reporting exposure
  • Familiarity with bid/RFP portals and structured proposal workflows.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
