The Assistant Manager IT is responsible for supporting the management of the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and technical support operations. The role ensures the smooth functioning of IT services, maintains system security, and assists in implementing technology solutions to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and end-user systems.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Support lending platforms, payment systems, and business-critical applications.
- Implement data backup, disaster recovery, and access control procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and procurements.
- Maintain IT assets, licenses, and technical documentation.
- Lead and support IT projects, system upgrades, and technology enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux environments, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
- Experience supporting financial systems, payment platforms, or fintech operations is preferred.
