Assistant Manager, IT PMO

We are looking for a PMO to manage end-to-end AI and enterprise integration implementations. The role requires a mix of technical understanding, client coordination, project execution, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate should be able to work with clients, development teams, and third-party vendors while driving projects from scoping to production rollout.

1. Lead technical discussions and requirement gathering with clients.
2. able to devise a solution to the client request problems
3. Coordinate implementation activities across internal teams( IT Tech teams, Ops)  and external vendors.
4. Build and manage technical implementation plans, timelines, and trackers.
5. Work closely with development, infrastructure, and customer success teams.
6. Handle client meetings, project updates, escalations, and follow-ups professionally.
7. Support AI, API, cloud, and enterprise system integration.
8. Track risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
9. Coordinate post-go-live support and issue resolution.

11. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
12. Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
13. Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, networking, and enterprise applications.
14. Experience coordinating technical implementations or integrations.
15. Strong documentation and organizational skills.
16. Ability to translate business needs into technical execution plans.
