Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Land Division in Hyderabad. This role combines transaction management, market research, and business development to support land acquisition and development opportunities across the region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and executing land transactions while maintaining comprehensive market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management & Business Development
Identify and source high-quality corporate and industrial land opportunities within urban areas

Build and maintain strategic relationships with real estate intermediaries, landowners, and local brokers

Conduct detailed land surveys, micro-siting analysis, and site inspections

Support the complete land acquisition process from identification through deal closure

Structure optimal transaction frameworks including Joint Development Agreements, Joint Ventures, outright purchases, and redevelopment opportunities

Market Research & Intelligence
Maintain current supply and demand databases with relevant market statistics

Monitor local government regulations and development policies

Research real estate developers and landowners for investment trend analysis

Track all Land transactions within the regional real estate sector

Manage client databases and work-in-progress reporting systems

Client Engagement & Service Delivery
Assess client requirements and maintain ongoing client relationships

Provide strategic input on pricing and participate in proposal discussions

Ensure optimal service delivery through client calls, meetings, site visits, and presentations

Submit accurate and timely proposals to prospective clients

Maintain governance standards throughout transaction execution phases

Meet or exceed individual performance targets

Candidate Profile
Educational Requirements
MBA in Finance preferred, with minimum of 2 years of professional experience

Commerce graduates with substantial real estate capital markets experience will be considered

Essential Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication skills with preference for local candidates fluent in Telugu

Strong interest in real estate and capital markets

Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary team environments

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Self-motivated with entrepreneurial approach to business development
