About the Role
This is an Individual Contributor role at a fairly senior level with high visibility across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver impactful training programs for our sales and business development teams in UK, Aus, and EU regions, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to exceed targets. While you won’t have direct reports, you will play a strategic and influential role, collaborating closely with sales leadership to craft learning solutions that align with business goals and drive company growth. Please note, this is a Work-From-Office (WFO) position based out of our Pune office.
Responsibilities

Deliver High-Impact Training

Activity-Based Training: Run dynamic, activity-driven sessions where people learn by doing—not just listening.

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Learning: Create structured forums where the team can share, practice, and grow together.

Buddy Training & Mentorship: Drive the buddy system to give new hires a strong, supportive start.

Hands-On Coaching & OJT: Be on the floor with the team, providing real-time coaching that translates directly into execution.

Engaging Online Training: Lead interactive, virtual sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and closing—plus refreshers to keep skills sharp.

Build Smarter Content

AI-First Expertise (Must-Have): You’ve done real, meaningful work using Generative AI and LLMs to create content, assessments, and adaptive learning paths at scale.

AI-Driven Workflows: Use AI to speed up design, build role-play scenarios, and personalize training experiences.

Instructional Design: Craft content that’s sharp, visual, and easy to digest.

Presentations: Build and deliver clear, engaging decks that simplify complex ideas and keep learners hooked.

Tools (Good-to-Have): Articulate 360, Camtasia, or similar platforms—helpful, but secondary to your AI-first capability.

Own the Impact

Keep a keen eye on identifying skill gaps and quickly turning them into training opportunities.

Measure what matters—track training effectiveness and tie it back to performance on the ground.

Take full ownership of delivery and outcomes, ensuring programs are on time, visible, and outcome-driven.
Qualifications

A high-ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive results.

Strong communication and presentation skills—able to make complex things simple.

Ability to design and run engaging online learning sessions.

Exceptional facilitation skills across activity-based, peer-driven, and hands-on training.

Good understanding of US, EU and AU student housing market is a plus.

Strong background in GenAI and LLM-based content development.

2-4 years of experience as a sales trainer.
