    Role Overview
    We are seeking a highly driven Assistant Manager – Lead Generation to strengthen our Sales & GTM efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing lead generation campaigns, nurturing prospects, and driving qualified leads to the sales team to achieve revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end lead generation strategies across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, webinars).
    Build, segment, and manage prospect databases to maximize campaign effectiveness.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach messaging, nurture campaigns, and follow-up sequences.
    Identify and qualify sales opportunities through structured prospect research and discovery calls.
    Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and ROI to management.
    Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
    Mentor and guide junior lead generation executives to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
    Leverage CRM/ATS tools to maintain up-to-date lead status and improve pipeline visibility.
    Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to refine strategies.

    Required Skills & Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    4–6 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or demand generation (preferably in IT Services / SaaS industry).
    Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar lead gen tools.
    Strong understanding of sales funnels, GTM strategies, and lead nurturing processes.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and reporting dashboards.
    Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
