Assistant Manager Lead Generation

1-Manage Pre-Sales Lead Generation.

2-Provide Leadership and guidance to telesales team.

3-Own end-to-end lead generation (inbound & outbound), monitor daily lead inflow, ensure lead quality, prioritization.

4-Strategic reporting and coordination with the Marketing team.

5-CRM Management & Reporting

6-Lead, train, and performance-manage the tele sales/pre-sales team against defined KPIs.

7-Ensure timely, structured handover of qualified leads to Sales
8-Managing teams and campaigns execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
