Key Responsibilities -

  • Design and develop behavioral training programs and learning curriculums based on organizational and individual development needs.
  • Support the management, implementation, and ROI evaluation of global learning programs.
  • Deliver behavioral learning sessions and courses.
  • Coordinate smooth execution of learning programs (virtual and in-person), handling logistics and admin support for participants and facilitators.
  • Ensure effective use and upkeep of training facilities and resources.
  • Manage and maintain learning systems, including LMS and third-party platforms, to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Organize and support global induction programs, including delivering select sessions

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience-

  • Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in a large organization, ideally in Finance/Banking or Learning & Development.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Familiar with digital learning tools and emerging tech like GenAI.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills
