About the role

As a Learning & Development Partner, you will report to the Head of People Experience and work closely with cross-functional teams across the Bank. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance by designing and delivering impactful learning experiences aligned with RAKBANK’s strategic goals and WAVE culture.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with business units and HR teams to conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and identify capability gaps.
  • Design and implement structured learning interventions that align with business objectives and the WAVE pillars.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and post-program evaluation.
  • Drive enterprise-wide learning initiatives, including digital transformation and talent development strategies.
  • Partner with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to curate and deliver relevant content.
  • Monitor and report on learning effectiveness, completion rates, and Return on Learning (ROL) using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Promote adoption of digital learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, MS365 Viva Learning, and internal SharePoint hubs.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning sessions to enhance learner participation and knowledge retention.
  • Ensure compliance with the Learning Governance Framework and regulatory standards, including Central Bank reporting.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to support strategic decision-making by the People Experience leadership team.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, ATD, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in learning needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, and program evaluation.
  • Industry: Strong understanding of the banking and financial services landscape, with experience in regulatory compliance and digital learning transformation.
