About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Learning & Development professional specializing in Behavioral Training to drive people development initiatives across the organization. The role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating behavioral and soft skills training programs aligned with Shalby’s culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs through performance analysis, employee feedback, and discussions with department heads.
  • Design, develop, and deliver behavioral and soft skills training modules (communication, teamwork, leadership, customer service, emotional intelligence, etc.).
  • Facilitate workshops and learning sessions for employees across all levels.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement in content and delivery methods.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to implement learning interventions supporting organizational goals.
  • Develop learning content, e-modules, and assessments to strengthen learning impact.
  • Support the creation of leadership and managerial development programs.
  • Maintain training MIS, reports, and documentation as per L&D standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
