Job Title: Pharmacist Location: Shalby Hospitals &ndash; Surat Unit Department: Pharmacy Reports To: Pharmacy In-charge / Unit HeadJob Purpose:To ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medicines to patients while maintaining compliance with hospital protocols, statutory regulations, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Dispense medicines as per prescription and doctor&rsquo;s instructions.</li><li>Maintain proper storage and inventory of medicines.</li><li>Check expiry dates, batch numbers, and ensure quality control.</li><li>Provide correct dosage instructions and basic medication guidance to patients.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors and nurses for timely availability of drugs.</li><li>Handle billing and documentation related to pharmacy transactions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital policies and drug regulations.</li><li>Maintain records as per statutory and audit requirements.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Sound knowledge of drugs, dosages, and pharmacy operations.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Diploma / B.Pharm / M.Pharm with valid Registration Certificate.</li><li>1&ndash;5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred.</li><li>Freshers with valid registration can also apply.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Pharmacist Registration (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
