Learning & Development (L&D) Capability Team
is a strategic enabler of the

, driving high-impact learning aligned with business needs. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering leadership, behavioral, and human skills learning interventions that empower employees to be future-ready.
You will work closely with the
Learning Director
and business stakeholders to shape and execute the learning strategy, leveraging industry best practices and innovative learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Design & Delivery

Design and deliver behavioral and leadership training programs across career levels.

Use a blend of ILT, VILT, and e-learning formats to create engaging learning experiences.

Apply adult learning principles and design thinking to build learner-centric solutions.
Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business leaders to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Prioritize and implement impactful learning solutions aligned with business goals.

Manage global stakeholder relationships and learning partner engagements.
Program Management

Lead assimilation programs for new hires and career transitions.

Track and report training compliance, effectiveness, and governance metrics.

Define evaluation criteria and success measures for learning programs.
Innovation & Best Practices

Stay current with learning trends, tools, and technologies.

Drive innovation through AI-powered platforms, adaptive learning, and personalized content.

Promote standardization and scalability of learning solutions across the organization.
Skills & Experience Required:

5–9 years of experience in
Learning & Development
, preferably in a dynamic, global organization.

Strong understanding of
adult learning principles
, instructional design, and learning technologies.

Experience with
AI-powered learning platforms
and
e-learning authoring tools
(e.g., Articulate, Captivate).

Familiarity with
digital collaboration tools
