Job Summary:
We are looking for a Assistant Manager Legal with 3-4 years of working experience to join our Legal Affairs team and help with the Company’s legal matters across various functions.
Job Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and international contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable local and foreign laws, regulatory requirements, and international best practices; proactively identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks.

Provide comprehensive legal advisory support to the Company and its affiliates, with particular focus on HR and labour law matters, including employment structuring, disciplinary actions, terminations, workplace disputes, and cross-border employment issues.

Advise on labour and employment frameworks in multiple jurisdictions, including exposure to UAE and other international legal regimes, ensuring compliance with applicable employment and corporate laws.

Support internal departments on contract interpretation, workforce-related risk management, data protection, and regulatory compliance matters.

Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and international compliance frameworks, including anti-corruption laws such as FCPA.

Develop and implement internal policies and HR-related legal frameworks; conduct legal awareness sessions and compliance trainings across departments.

Manage and oversee litigation matters, particularly labour and recovery cases, coordinating with external counsel in both local and international jurisdictions where required.

Conduct legal research on ICT regulations in Pakistan and monitor global legal and regulatory trends impacting cross-border operations.
