What you'll do:

• Manage the assigned fleet across a high-volume cluster (6-8 DS) effectively, meeting the target KPIs
• Oversee Fleet Managers in the daily operations of their respective fleet
• Ensure adherence to SOPs
• Support in manpower allocation across stores
• Address issues and support the team in achieving their best performance - be a mentor
• Support the Logistics Manager in analysis and implementation of best practices
• Coordinate with other teams on ad-hoc cross functional projects
• Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders

What you'll need:

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics managing a team
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
• Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
• Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management
• Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
