About the job:

In this role, you will oversee both the strategic and operational aspects of loyalty partner account management, including analyzing program performance, driving customer retention initiatives, and leading the end-to-end onboarding of new partners. You will also take ownership of our gift card sales, serving as the primary liaison with vendors and retail partners, managing distribution, and ensuring smooth execution across financial, technical, and operational functions. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and external partners, as well as the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.


Responsibilities:

Account Management of Loyalty Partners:

  • Analyze program performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and report findings to management.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with loyalty partners to ensure program success and growth.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of new partners in collaboration with the Product teams, ensuring a smooth and timely setup.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product and Marketing) to ensure loyalty systems are updated and functioning smoothly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s programs remain competitive.


Gift Card Administration:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with gift card and loyalty partners, overseeing all operational, financial, and technical integrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with vendors and retail partners to expand and optimize offerings.
  • Oversee the distribution and sales management of digital gift cards.
  • Monitor and report on gift card sales, redemptions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program success.
  • Support financial reconciliation and reporting on gift card sales, redemptions, liabilities, and program KPIs.


Profile Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in loyalty program management, gift card operations, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in reporting and KPI analysis.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, prepaid/gift card operations, and partner management.
  • Strong negotiation and Account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of BI/reporting tools preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language proficiency preferred.
