Assistant Manager Maintenance

To ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance of utilities, equipment, and facilities in the API manufacturing plant, supporting production in line with cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Overall maintenance of equipment.
• Electrical, mechanical & civil maintenance work.
• AHU systems of the Plant & Documentation of the same.
• Responsible for Purified Water plant operation, sanitisation and regeneration.
• Responsible for all utilities' smooth operation.
• Follow up as per the Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
• To assist the manager and look after the project as per the plan and schedule.
• Documentation of process utility equipment.
• Bills Checking & Approval.
• Drawings of any Project Work.
• Manpower Planning.
• Preparation of SOPs, QMS, and Qualification.
• Training of Co-workers.
• Material Requisition and follow-up.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical
• 10–15 years of experience in Engineering & Maintenance within API / Pharma Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GEP, QMS, HVAC systems, water systems, and utility management.
• Experience in handling regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
