Maintenance Executive

• Repairs & Maintenance: Conduct repairs on building systems and equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Inspections: Perform routine checks on buildings, machinery, and safety systems to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Preventative Measures: Implement strategies to keep facilities and equipment in optimal condition, ensuring business continuity.
• Inventory Management: Maintain records of work done and manage an inventory of repair supplies and parts.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct safety checks, and follow local and state building codes.
• Installation & Setup: Install new equipment and fixtures as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain logs and reports of maintenance activities and work completed.
• Coordination: Work with or coordinate external contractors and other maintenance staff for specialized tasks.
