Assistant Manager Maintenance – Multan

Job Description:

• Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience
• Salary: 100k
• Age: 25–35 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, procedures, and documentation for all technical systems and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and respond promptly to equipment faults or breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime.
• Possess sound technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, compressor systems, fire alarms, and control systems.
• Oversee maintenance tools, stores, and technical inventory, ensuring proper documentation and control of equipment and spare parts.
• Monitor and manage maintenance and energy costs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Enforce and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across all maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with the Business Unit Head (BUH) and Head of Technical on daily operations, providing updates and highlighting major technical issues.
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for emergency situations and ensure timely response to critical breakdowns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
