Your Profile
Identify and evaluate market strategy. Establish and capture new business in the region.
Ability to directly lead and acquire new business independently by demonstrating and presenting business plans to clients.
Hands-on in Planning, Projections, Acquisition, and Retention of business. Understand and proactively monitor the competitive environment.
Plan and strategize to achieve the numbers/ revenue targets month-wise and quarter-wise.
Set procedures and participate in setting SOPs.
Responsible for key client management. Client relationship management and follow up of client queries. Handling end to end client relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
Coordinate with inter departments for all activities specific to the cinema business
Review performance, prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
Responsible for key client management. Client relationship management Handle end-to-end client relationships and address their needs effectively.
Collate a month-on-month tracking of the metrics and highlighting the same.
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ requirements.
Coordinate with other internal departments for addressing customer/client queries and satisfaction.

Fluent in local language & have excellent communication skills.
Possess excellent business development skills for acquiring cinema screens.
Analytical skills, Proactive, Problem-solving, Decision Making & Negotiation Skills
Deep knowledge and working of MS office. Excellent MS-Excel skills & Dashboard preparation skills.
