Assistant Manager - Marketing

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Marketing to join our team at Lahore Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

Manage social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.

Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments.

Corporate Event Arrangement and Coverage:

Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, and product launches.

Ensure events are well-organized, timely, and within budget.

Arrange for event coverage, including photography, videography, and written content.

Create event reports and summaries for stakeholders.

Content Creation and Product Orientation:

Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, to support new product launches.

Create engaging content to promote products and services, including product descriptions, features, and benefits.

Collaborate with product teams to understand product features and benefits.

Support product launches by creating buzz and generating interest among target audiences.

Market Presence:

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies and optimize marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.

Employer Branding:

Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Create engaging content to showcase company culture, values, and employee experiences.

Collaborate with HR / Operations to promote employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, branding, and social media management.

Excellent communication, writing, and design skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems.

Nice to Have:

Experience in event management and planning.

Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).

Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.

Experience

4-6 years of experience in same capacity.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs110,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
