Assistant Manager Marketing Operations

Job Purpose:

  • Brand activation planning, execution, monitoring and reporting. Managing activation agencies/vendors contracts and KPI’s


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sr Manager marketing operations in brand activation planning, execution, monitoring and reporting.
  • Managing activation agencies/vendors contracts and KPI’s
  • Sponsorships and events evaluation, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting
  • Supporting segment teams in all operational tasks and ensure timely execution
  • Regional support for brand activation, events and sponsorships
  • Supervising marketing operations projects, procurement and payment process and follow up with internal and external stake holders
  • Organize surveys to collect marketing intelligence on local & global marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure cost efficiency in budget administration and campaign planning


Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):


Education:

  • MBA/Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university


Work Experience:

  • 5 + Years of Marketing Communications and Agency Management Experience
