Assistant Director Operations (Onsite, Islamabad, PKR Salary)

Islamabad, Pakistan

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Overall 12-15 Years of Experience with 7-10 years of relevant experience in school/education management or operations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campuses and stakeholders effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of schools within the region, ensuring adherence to academic and operational standards.
  • Monitor KPIs, student enrollment, staff performance, and overall school compliance.
  • Support in implementing regional initiatives, audits, and quality improvement measures.
  • Coordinate with school leadership teams to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage escalations from parents, staff, and external stakeholders in alignment with school policies.
  • Assist the Regional Director in reporting, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives.
