- Align growth and marketing strategies with the overall business strategy.
- Understand the life cycle of customers and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize acquisition and retention and increase frequency.
- Work closely with the growth team on defining the growth & marketing strategy, creating an execution plan, and launching initiatives to reach the projected ROI.
Operational
- Work with the marketing & growth manager on executing the growth plans.
- Assist in building and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy. .
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices. .
- Manage all digital marketing channels. .
- Measure ROI and KPIs.
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO, ASO and SEM.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and customer facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
People Management
- Frequent contact with Operations, product, technology, and finance team.
- Regular contact with creative agencies and designers.
