About Us

At New Era Industries (NEI), we manufacture and market premium uPVC and aluminum windows, doors, and related building materials. As we continue to grow and expand our brand portfolio, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager – Marketing to strengthen our brand presence across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple building material brands (especially doors and windows).
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams for campaign execution and brand alignment.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets, events, exhibitions, and digital media activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Create marketing content and promotional materials aligned with brand positioning.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in building materials, windows/doors, or construction sector.
• Age Range: 25–35 years.
• Gender: Male or Female (Any).
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking.

• Salary Range: Rs. 80,000 – 120,000 per month (depending on experience).
