Assistant Manager Marketing

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager Marketing who will play a key role in strengthening our digital presence, leading campaigns, and driving brand growth. The ideal candidate must be skilled in content creation, digital strategy development, performance analysis, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Creative

• Create high-quality marketing content for digital platforms.
• Ensure consistent and engaging digital content across web, social media & email marketing.
• Plan and manage product/brand shoots for promotional use.
• Develop PR content and communication material.

Digital & Social Media Management

• Manage and grow official social media platforms.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to improve visibility and engagement.
• Lead execution of campaigns and cross-platform customer engagement activities.
• Generate leads through targeted digital initiatives.

Performance & Growth

• Monitor online performance and track KPIs using analytics tools.
• Analyze campaign outcomes to suggest improvements.
• Ensure continuous digital growth through innovative ideas.

Team & Coordination

• Manage creative teams to deliver quality outputs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends & analytical tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity & leadership skills.

Location: Defence Road near Comsats University Lahore

Salary Range: 120,000 – 150,000 PKR
