Job Summary:

The Marketing and Student Outreach Officer is responsible for promoting the institution, attracting prospective students, and engaging with AFG Collage, communities, and other stakeholders. The role involves developing marketing strategies, organizing outreach events, and enhancing the institution’s visibility to drive student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Promotion:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the institution’s programs and services.
  • Create engaging content for digital and print platforms, including social media, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Manage and enhance the institution’s online presence through social media, email marketing, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce promotional materials.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Liaise with internal departments to align marketing and outreach efforts with institutional goals.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, outreach activities, and enrollment trends.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the institution’s reach and enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the education sector).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and event planning.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure the effectiveness of outreach initiatives.
  • Highly organized, creative, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in CRM tools and email marketing platforms is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR16,000.00 per month
