Assistant Manager – Marketing

Key Responsibilities

In-Mall Campaign Execution

Execute seasonal campaigns, thematic decor, and promotional activities within the mall premises.

Ensure branding placement across atrium areas, standees, digital screens, kiosks, and common areas.

Coordinate setup and dismantling of promotional displays and activation booths.

Events & Customer Engagement

Plan and manage in mall events including exhibitions, brand activations, kids activities, festive celebrations, and weekend engagement programs.

Coordinate with event vendors, performers, production teams, and security for smooth operations.

Ensure all events comply with mall policies and safety standards.

Tenant Marketing Coordination

Liaise with tenants for joint promotions, sales campaigns, and new store launch activities.

Encourage tenant participation in mall-wide campaigns.

Manage promotional space booking and branding approvals.

Footfall & Performance Monitoring

Monitor daily and monthly footfall trends.

Evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.

Conduct competitor mall activity analysis.

Vendor & Budget Coordination

Obtain quotations and coordinate with creative, printing, and event vendors.

Track marketing expenses against approved budgets.

Maintain records of marketing assets and branding materials.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.

3–5 years of experience in mall marketing, retail marketing, or event management.

Strong coordination and execution skills.

Ability to manage multiple activities under tight deadlines.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
