Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store sales and customer traffic.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Manage advertising through digital platforms, social media, and in-store promotions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with store operations, purchasing, and merchandising teams for product promotions.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Build relationships with suppliers and partners for joint marketing activities.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective promotional activities.
- Expertise over Vlogging, SEO, Content wiritng, online ads and promations all marketing acitvites.
Job Specification (Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or supermarket industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, creativity, digital marketing, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of retail trends, customer behavior, and promotional strategies.
Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per hour
