Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional activities
- Manage digital marketing, social media platforms, and content development
- Coordinate farmer engagement activities, exhibitions, field demonstrations, and corporate events
- Develop marketing materials including presentations, brochures, videos, and campaign content
- Coordinate with sales and operational teams for effective campaign execution
- Support lead generation, customer engagement, and market development initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and business partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Media Sciences, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience in agriculture, agri-inputs, machinery, fertilizer, or agri-tech industry preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media management
- Creative mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Ability to travel for field activities and marketing campaigns when required
