Reporting to: Senior Manager Commercial Planning & Business Support

Job Purpose:

  • This role involves designing & managing end-to-end consumer product launches & campaigns, related to the Prepaid Regional Segments, Mobile Broadband, and Internet SIM. Responsible for execution of the Regional voice & data segment strategy, including but not limited to product portfolio enrichment, subscriber base management, and revenue maximization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identification and development of Regional voice and data segment strategy.
  • Generate actionable market, customer and competitor insights to support planning, gap identification, and decision-making.
  • Monitor key KPIs including revenue, ARPU, customer base, churn, market share, bundles penetration, usage trends, and campaign performance at regional level.
  • Identify gaps in the portfolio, propose changes, and execute proposals.Identify priority segments, underserved markets, growth opportunities, and recommend the right product, offer, and channel mix.
  • Ability to understand problem statements, find analytical answers and present solutions.
  • Develop region-specific segment strategies aligned with One City One Strategy, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and network realities.
  • Identify and develop localized revenue opportunities in priority scenarios such as universities, hospitals, malls, tourist areas, residential clusters, and enterprise pockets.
  • Support regional growth of home and fixed-wireless products, including FTTH and FWA, through targeted market development, channel readiness, and localized go-to-market initiatives.
  • Prepare regular dashboards and performance reports, highlighting risks, whitespace opportunities, and recovery actions.
  • Coordinate and build a strong relationship with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience:

  • Up to 3 to 4 years of experience is required

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Manage end-to-end product launches in coordination with all other Stakeholders
  • Ability to convert raw data into presentation
  • Staying on top of numbers
