Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager- Master Coach is responsible for driving the professional development and growth of team members, ensuring consistent delivery of training, coaching, and mentoring. This role focuses on fostering excellence in individual and team performance, identifying skill gaps, and aligning coaching strategies with organizational goals. The Lead Master Coach collaborates with leadership to implement impactful coaching programs and create a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve performance, productivity, and engagement.

  • Develop and execute customized coaching plans tailored to individual, and team needs.

  • Mentor team leaders and high-potential employees to prepare them for leadership roles.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate coaching programs aligned with business objectives .

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on core skills, leadership, and professional development.

  • Continuously refine coaching methodologies to adapt to changing needs and trends.

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with managers to set clear performance expectations and goals.

  • Provide actionable feedback and strategies to enhance employee performance.

  • Partner with HR, talent development, and leadership teams to align coaching initiatives with organizational priorities.

  • Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to address developmental needs effectively.

  • Advocate for a coaching culture within the organization to support long-term success.

  • Measure the effectiveness of coaching initiatives through feedback, performance metrics, and engagement surveys.

  • Report on coaching outcomes and recommend improvements to senior leadership.

  • Maintain documentation of coaching sessions and progress for accountability and transparency.

What will you need to succeed in this role?

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop individuals and teams.

  • Strong understanding of performance management and leadership development.

  • Analytical mindset to evaluate performance data and craft actionable solutions.

  • Ability to inspire trust and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Good to Have:

  • Certifications in coaching or leadership development (e.g., ICF, Gallup).

  • Experience designing and implementing coaching programs for diverse teams.

  • Knowledge of learning and development frameworks and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with assessment tools like DISC, MBTI, or 360-degree feedback.

  • Background in talent management or organizational development.

Role Requisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in business , Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in coaching, training, or leadership development.

  • Demonstrated success in driving individual and team performance through coaching.

  • Proficiency in using digital tools for training and performance tracking.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
