Assistant Manager - Mechanical Maintenance

1. Responsible for mechanical maintenance activities of plant machinery and utility equipment.
2. Extensive hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting, including Haas, Makino, and Matsuura machines.
3. Strong hands-on exposure in machine shop equipment maintenance and functional testing.
4. Sound technical knowledge of utility equipment maintenance, including:
Air compressors
Fire hydrant and firefighting systems
HVLS Fans Operations & Maintenance
Chillers and cooling towers
5. Proven skills in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and team management.
6. Good exposure to TPM, 5S, and Safety Management Systems, including:
Environment Management Programs (EMP)
Structured problem-solving techniques
7. Experience in building maintenance and infrastructure development projects, ensuring asset reliability and compliance.
8. Good exposure to ISO Management Systems, including Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Energy Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001).
9. Demonstrated strength in building high-performing teams, consistently delivering results, and maintaining accountability.

1.Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering with 8–13 years of experience in Automobile / Automotive or related manufacturing industries.
2.Proven ability to deliver results on time through effective planning, execution, and follow-up.
3.Strong capability in team and people management, including skill development, performance monitoring, and motivation.
4.Customer-oriented mindset, ensuring quality, reliability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
5.Ability to lead through systems and processes, with a structured, compliance-driven, and continuous improvement approach.

Preferable

1. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Knowledge of vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication analysis to prevent failures.
2. Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Ability to identify failure causes using techniques like 5-Why and Fishbone diagrams.
3. Equipment Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CNC Machines O&M ,pumps, compressors, gearboxes,
