Assistant Manager Media production

Key Responsibilities:

· Content Creation & Storytelling:

· Develop, script, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos, ads) from start to finish.

· Produce a variety of content, including product demos, educational "myth vs. fact" videos, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.

· Transform our homeopathic expertise into relatable, easy-to-understand, and shareable content.

· Social Media Management:

· Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

· Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals.

· Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner.

· Trend-Spotting & Innovation:

· Constantly monitor the latest social media trends, audio, and video formats.

· Propose and execute innovative ideas to put our brand at the forefront of digital conversation in the healthcare space.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):

Must-Haves:

· A proven portfolio of original video content you've scripted, shot, and edited yourself (Please provide links to your work/portfolio).

· Proficiency in video editing software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

· A deep understanding of what makes content engaging on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

· Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills.

· A creative and curious mindset, with a passion for learning new trends.

· Good-to-Haves:

· Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

· A basic interest in or understanding of healthcare, wellness, or homeopathy.

· Experience managing social media handles for a brand.

· Knowledge of analytics to gauge content performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
