Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for buyers regarding product development, order execution, and routine correspondence.
Handle merchandising activities for woven and value-added home textile products from development to shipment.
Coordinate with production, planning, sourcing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Prepare costings, quotations, order plans, and maintain all merchandising documentation.
Follow up on sample development, approvals, and customer requirements.
Monitor order progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities within existing and potential accounts.
Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and product opportunities to support business growth.
Collaborate with design and product development teams to introduce innovative and value-added products to customers.
Prepare and present order status reports, business updates, and customer performance reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience in Home Textile Marketing & Merchandising.
Strong knowledge of woven and value-added home textile products.
Sound understanding of textile manufacturing processes including weaving, processing, stitching, and finishing.
Experience in handling international buyers and managing order execution independently.
Strong commercial acumen with exposure to costing, negotiations, and customer management.
Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
