Assistant Manager Network

Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of networking, routing, and switching
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and VPN configuration
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of systems and connectivity
• Troubleshoot network, system, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
• Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access controls
• Maintain and monitor server infrastructure and network devices
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data protection
• Maintain proper IT asset inventory and documentation
• Support employees with IT-related technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT equipment
• Implement network security best practices and monitor potential threats
• Assist in planning and improving the organization’s IT infrastructure and network scalability
