Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for providing project management and operational support across key Network Operations initiatives. This includes assisting the Director and Associate Directors in delivering their accountabilities, maintaining core network resources and policies, and ensuring the consistent application of quality and performance standards across the function. The position will operate within a high level of ambiguity, requiring adaptability and proactive engagement with internal stakeholders to support the onboarding of new properties, manage key network events, and uphold the integrity of operational policies such as compensation, customer journeys, terms and conditions, and luggage management.
Job Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Coordination

Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Director of Network Operations and there direct reports.

Coordinate across teams and partners to ensure alignment of activities, data, and deliverables.

Support the control and coordination of multi-modal transport operations (land, sea, and air).
Quality & Performance Management

Lead the implementation and monitoring of the internal quality and performance program for the Network Operations function.

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that provide insight into operational effectiveness for the Network Operations processes.

Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and follow through with action plans.
Operational Planning & Shared Mobility Spaces

Develop and maintain operational plans and network resources for shared mobility spaces and processes, ensuring integration with broader network operations.

Support the design and implementation of processes, workflows, and service standards for shared environments with the Red Sea Global destination (e.g Welcome Centre, Airports and Marinas).

Collaborate with Facilities, Guest Experience, and Technology teams to optimize Network Operations processes.
Continuous Improvement & Data-Driven Insights

Conduct regular performance analysis to identify risks, inefficiencies, and enhancement opportunities.

Support initiatives to improve coordination, safety, and service reliability across all mobility modes.

Contribute to the design and rollout of digital tools and systems that enhance operational visibility and decision-making.
Collaboration

Act as a key liaison between the Director and operational teams, ensuring timely execution of priorities.

Build strong working relationships across departments to enable a cohesive and efficient operational network.

Foster a proactive and accountable team culture focused on results and service excellence.
Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Five (5) years of experience in process optimization, strategy, or operational management roles, ideally within complex or multi-modal transport environments.

Demonstrated experience in process development, mapping and improvement using data analytics to drive improvements

Demonstrated experience in quality management, performance monitoring, and operational planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable outcomes.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Excellent MS office experience – experience in developing executive communications
