Job Summary
The Assistant Manager OD will create and improve Organizational Development (OD) plans and tools to enhance the effectiveness of Dawat-e-Islami's International Affairs department and support its worldwide aims. This includes developing policies, SOPs, performance forms, and training materials.
Key Responsibilities (Core Work)
- Design, update, and finalize HR (OD) policies, procedures, and Guide Books.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes, possibly using a Department Book format.
- Create training and development materials/programs.
- Prepare and update performance review systems and forms (Performance Evaluation Forms).
- Prepare and finalize documents including Routine Tasks, Checklists, JDs, and JSs.
- Ensure all OD materials are shared and disseminated effectively across the organization.
- Create visual tools like flowcharts to explain key processes and policies.
Requirements (Job Specifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management OR a relevant degree.
- 3 years of experience in an HR or Organizational Development role, focusing on policy/procedure design and training development.
- Strong HR/OD Principles Knowledge.
- Proven Policy and Procedure Design skills.
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Multilingual Skills (Urdu & English required).
