Sales & Marketing Support

• Screen and categorize incoming online sales inquiries; delegate appropriately to the sales team.
• Track daily activities and performance of the marketing team.
• Create quotations for Reporting Manager and for the sales team as per requests.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all issued quotations to maximize conversion.
• Prepare and maintain a daily sales report for management review.

Accounts & Finance Coordination

• Validate and update the daily bank statements.
• Handle daily cash closing and reconciliation.
• Maintain and monitor a cheque deposit calendar to ensure timely deposits.
• Prepare debtors report and conduct regular follow-ups for outstanding payments.
• Provide payment advice to creditors in coordination with the accounts department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
