Oakridge International School is seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Manager – Operations to support the efficient functioning of school operations, events, and asset management while ensuring a safe and well-managed campus environment.
Support day-to-day school operations including facilities, transport, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.
Plan and coordinate logistics for school events, assemblies, examinations, and special programs.
Manage and track school assets, including inventory, allocation, maintenance, and audits.
Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for smooth operations and events.
Assist in monitoring budgets, inventory, and operational expenses.
Maintain operational documentation, reports, and asset records.
Support audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness activities.
Handle operational issues promptly and escalate when required.
