Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the mechanical Balance of Plant (BOP) team within the Thermal Power Plant.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, and turbines.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and reliability of BOP systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance activities during scheduled outages.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization in BOP operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior mechanical engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendors to source spare parts and equipment as needed.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and downtime analysis.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mechanical BOP systems.
- 7-10 years of experience in the Thermal Power Plant industry
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
