Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Order Management!
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for managing daily sales orders with precision ensuring accurate pricing, efficient allocation, and timely delivery to achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and mentorship to Associates and Senior Associates.
Ensure accuracy in sales orders, validate pricing, and meet SLA commitments.
Approve high-value orders, special discounts, and delivery timelines.
Handle escalations from Sales teams and key customers promptly.
Drive performance across KPIs: Sales Fulfillment%, Order Accuracy %, and Delay %.
Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to align priorities.
Prepare and publish weekly and monthly fulfillmentreports with actionable insights.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
SAP SD: Advanced expertise in pricing, taxation, and customer master.
Excel: Advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
Power BI: Dashboard creation and analytics.
Strong understanding of Sales, Logistics, and Inventory processes.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
MBA/Post-graduationpreferred.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
